Rusty's Pre-Runner Hoop offers an easy way to upgrade an existing bumper or perhaps make it easier to fabricate your own bumper if you don't have access to a tubing bender. The Pre-Runner Hoop is manufactured of 1.75" Diameter DOM with a 3/32" wall thickness and is formed using a CNC mandrel bender. It can easily be modified to fit any other manufacturer's bumper; simply notch or grind it to fit, then weld it to the bumper. The Pre-Runner Hoop will give your plain bumper a more aggressive look as well as added protection.
